Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge # 49 X is for Xmas

Hi Everyone!

Doesn't Edna look lovely in her holiday regale!  If I had realized she was Mrs. Claus I might have been a little less naughty...oh well.  Hopefully Santa understands.  Let's get on with the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge, #49, X is for Xmas.

I'm in Southern Wisconsin, hoping for a white Christmas, but it doesn't appear to be possible.  Our one and only accumulation snow was fourteen inches; all of that is gone.  I don't want a huge amount...maybe an inch or two.

I used my favorite snowman stamp, Frosty Fun...he so adorable. Frosty, and the rest of the items I used are from Fun Stampers Journey.  I used the Bubble, Bubble Stencil with Pool Play True Color Fusion Ink on both the Pool Play And Whip Cream CS.  Silver Splash was used on the Black Licorice frame for the Snapshot Frames die set. Let it Snow and the snowflakes were stamped in Whip Cream ink are from the Snowflake Burst Stamps.  The snowflakes were cut from the matching die set.  Frosty was colored with Copics and his shadows were sprinkled with Journey Sparkle Dust.  These items can be found on my site at funstampersjourney.com/karens

Challenge #49 ends on Christmas Day at 11:55 pm EDT

    1. PS - you've had 14 inches of snow already??? We haven't had any, it's remarkably warm for December!! We are going to pay for it come February I think!

  2. I have to admit, I'm doing just fine with above-freezing temps and no snow. :D Your adorable snowman, maybe not so much. Definitely a CASE-worthy card!

  4. Yep, even my MIL who lives in northern WI said she hasn't seen much snow up there either. She usually has a few feet by now. Crazy weather!! Your card is just too cute! Love that snowman offset in front of the polaroid frame!
